HARMONYCA
HArmonyCa is a dual-effect hybrid injectable filler that combines hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite to provide both immediate volume and long-lasting skin rejuvenation.
WHAT IS HARMONYCA?
Allergan Aesthetics created the first hybrid filler in the marked called HArmonyCA , it is both a dermal filler & a collagen booster. The crossed linked hyaluronic acid provides immediate hydration to the skin, plumping out lines and wrinkles, while the collagen booster (calcium hydroxyapatite) simultaneously stimulates natural collagen & elastin production to help restore, lift, tighten and enhance the skin.
Harmonyca is a great option to include in your aesthetic routine and maintenance, by itself or in addition to other treatments used to lift and contour the face like fillers, ultherapy or lasers.
Dermal Fillers that contain hyaluronic acid alone typically can last up to 9 months; however the collagen booster in Harmonyca continues working to build a collagen base up to 18 months.
HArmonyCA is used to treat:

Who is not a candidate for HArmonyCA?
This treatment is indicated for patients who are not looking to gain excess volume in the face but have mild to moderate sagging, it is mainly indicated to treat the mid and lateral part of the face for a lifting effect.
In patients with severe sagging that do not wish a surgery, we can use HArmonyCA in combination with other lifting treatments such as Ultherapy, Endolift or Fillers.
Who is not a candidate for HArmonyCA?

- Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Patients with cheek implants.
- Recent face surgery (1 year).
- Active skin infections
- HArmonyCA is not approved to be applied in other areas of the face like temples, eyes, folds or lips.
Will HArmonyCA make me look overfilled?
No — one of the key benefits of HArmonyCA is that it’s designed for structure and support, not volume. The formula helps build underlying firmness, so the face looks naturally lifted rather than puffy or “over filled”
How long does it last?
HArmonyCA has a long lasting effect, around 12 months, in some patients even more. However we recommend a maintenance treatment every 12 months.
