At our clinic we understand how the face ages and we have a structured approach to prevent and to delay your aging process. 

As our anatomy changes with aging, so does our faces at rest.

Imagine we want to remodel a building:

First we need a good FOUNDATION; this in the face are the bones and deep fat pads, this will be our first target area (temples, cheekbones, jawline and chin), 

then we need a good STRUCTURE, this will be our superficial fat compartments and ligaments (midface), and finally we will paint the building and work on the REFINEMENTS (lips, folds, lines, eyes).

Some patients will already have good volume, what they need is not a full face treatment; they are young, healthy and what they’re looking for is a “beautification process” to enhance individual natural attributes, such as:

Dermal fillers are injectable substances, such as hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite. They add volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours, reduce folds and improve wrinkles caused by skin thinning, dehydration or volume loss. Wrinkles caused by repetitive movement will improve with a Botox treatment.

 We only use COFEPRIS (Mexican FDA) approved products. 

We apply the safest and most updated techniques published in medical magazines and continually keep updating every day. We use products that not only are well accepted in the industry, but prove in medical journals to be the best, compared to their competitors (less side effects, more integration with the skin, etc)

• Stop any blood thinners (aspirin, cumarin, warfarin, xarelto, vitamin D, fatty acids), always consult with your primary doctor if you can suspend your treatment. 
• Avoid alcohol and sun exposure 24hrs.
• If you have an active skin infection (acne, cold sore, etc.) please let us know before your appointment. 
• For men, make sure to shave or trim your beard.
• Plan to spend about 2 hours in the office for your visit.

First, you will get a complimentary nice & soothing facial to clean and disinfect your skin, Dr. Walters will mark the target areas based on your anatomy.

Some treatments are done with very fine needles and for risky areas we use microcannulas, these are very fine needles with a blunt edge that will allow us to deliver the filler in a safer approach and free of pain.

You will see results immediately, however as days pass by they will get even better as the filler blends in. 

Most of the patients have no downtime, however in some cases you can have a little swelling and sometimes minor bruising that will heal fast.

Our fillers have a duration between 6-18 months depending on the area and product that we apply, you can have touch-up appointments at any time to maintain your results.
