Juvederm Volite is made of a low weight hyaluronic acid, a molecule found naturally in our skin that has a unique capacity to attract and retain moisture up to 1,000 times its weight in water, which helps skin look plump, supple, and youthful. Before your treatment:
Stop any blood thinners (aspirin, cumarin, warfarin, xarelto, vitamin D, fatty acids), always consult with your primary doctor if you can suspend your treatment.
Avoid alcohol 24hrs before your treatment
If you have an active skin infection (acne, cold sore, etc.) please let us know before your appointment.

Minor swelling like mosquito bites will appear in the skin with some redness that will go away in a couple of hours.
