Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which primarily restore volume, allogeneic fibroblast therapy is designed to improve the quality of the skin itself. Patient safety is our highest priority. Allogeneic fibroblast therapy is performed using carefully screened donor-derived fibroblasts that are processed under strict quality and safety standards. These cells are extensively tested to help ensure their quality, sterility, and suitability before being used in clinical applications.
The cells come in clusters of 3.5, 7 and 14 million combined with hyaluronic acid to add a hydrating result. Each cluster of cells that we apply comes with a certificate of authenticity, negative infectious tests, cell count, cell viability, and surface proteins detected to reduce the possibility of side effects.

Exocell has a very low immunogenicity, which means it's well tolerated by most people and crossed reactions with the cells are extremely low. Most common side effects are temporary: redness, swelling and bruising.
