Endolift® uses a 1470 nm diode laser delivered through sterile, hair-thin optical fibers (approximately 200–300 microns in diameter). The fiber is inserted into the superficial subcutaneous tissue through a tiny entry point, without the need for surgical incisions.

The laser works through three primary mechanisms:

1. Skin Tightening

The laser energy creates controlled heating within the connective tissue, causing immediate contraction of collagen fibers while stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.

Tumescent Anesthesia for a Comfortable Treatment

Your comfort and safety are our priority throughout your Endolift® X procedure. Before treatment begins, we carefully administer tumescent anesthesia to numb the treatment area and ensure a comfortable experience.

Tumescent anesthesia is a specially prepared solution containing a local anesthetic and saline, which is gently introduced beneath the skin. This technique not only minimizes discomfort during the procedure but also creates a protective cushion around the tissues, allowing the laser fiber to move smoothly and precisely.

In addition to providing excellent pain control, tumescent anesthesia helps reduce bleeding and bruising, protects surrounding structures from excess heat, and improves the efficiency of the laser treatment. Most patients remain awake and relaxed throughout the procedure and can return home shortly afterward without the need for general anesthesia.
